The VIP Lounge offers an elevated Festival experience for VIP pass holders, sponsors, community leaders and invited guests — a comfortable place to relax, enjoy refreshments, connect with others and experience the Festival from a different perspective.

A limited number of public VIP experiences will be available. Advance purchase is recommended.

- Access to the designated VIP Lounge.

- One 3 lb bag of Collard Green (Additional bags are $2.00 per pound).
- Light refreshments and snacks.
- Premium beverages (beer and wine) available for purchase (Joyful FARMS BOOTH.
- Access to VIP Concert viewing area (Front Row Tables and Chairs).
- A commemorative VIP laminate
VIP amenities are subject to final Festival arrangements and availability. Public VIP access does not include sponsor-only benefits unless specifically stated.
Who Can Access the VIP EXPERIENCE?
VIP Experience access is available through:
- A limited number of public VIP Passes.
- Select confirmed Festival sponsorship packages.
- Festival-issued VIP credentials for invited guests, community leaders and designated partners.
Sponsor VIP access and the number of sponsor credentials are determined by the benefits included in each confirmed sponsorship agreement.
Limited Capacity
VIP access is limited and subject to availability. Limiting capacity helps preserve the comfortable lounge experience and allows the Festival to appropriately plan seating, refreshments and hospitality.

Organizations interested in connecting their brand with the VIP experience may inquire about the Festival’s VIP Lounge featured sponsorship opportunity.
VIP Experience Sponsorship — Starting at $2,500
Featured sponsorship availability, benefits, activation opportunities and recognition are subject to Festival review and written confirmation.
Important VIP Information
- VIP Passes are separate from People’s Choice Collard Tasting Passes unless the Festival later creates a specific bundled offer.
- VIP access is subject to posted Lounge hours and Festival operations.
- VIP passes and credentials may not be transferred or reproduced except as permitted by the Festival.
- Amenities, refreshments and Lounge operations may be adjusted based on site conditions, availability, safety requirements or operational needs.
- Do not advertise alcoholic beverages, a full meal, preferred parking, reserved entertainment seating, or unlimited food/beverages unless those benefits are formally approved and funded.
