The Ozark Collard Green Festival invites businesses, institutions and community organizations to support a full day centered on Alabama agriculture, Southern food traditions, education and community participation.

Sponsor support helps fund public programming, agricultural education, competition activities, volunteer operations, safety, accessibility and essential event services.

Each sponsorship includes a Festival contact, written benefit confirmation and a post-event fulfillment recap. Marketing benefits begin after the Festival receives the signed commitment, payment and approved logo.

Custom & In-Kind Partnerships

The Festival may develop custom cash or in-kind partnerships for confirmed needs such as hydration, printing, signage, equipment, transportation, media or public safety.

In-kind sponsorships require an agreed fair value and written benefits before products or services are accepted. No naming right, exclusivity or benefit is final until approved in writing.

Festival Review & Confirmation

The Festival reviews availability, category conflicts, activation requirements and any proposed in-kind valuation, then confirms the sponsorship and benefits in writing.

Finalize Your Partnership

Following written acceptance, submit the required payment, approved logo and primary contact information by the applicable deadline.

Festival Fulfillment

The Festival confirms sponsorship fulfillment before, during and after the event.

2026 Sponsorship Deadlines

October 16, 2026

Priority sponsorship commitment deadline.

October 23, 2026

Final approved logo and print-ready artwork due.

October 30, 2026

Signed commitment and full payment due unless another schedule is approved in writing.

After November 2, 2026

Digital and event-day benefits may remain available; printed recognition cannot be guaranteed.

Important Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship becomes final only after written acceptance by the Festival and receipt of payment according to the accepted agreement.
Activation spaces, signage locations and stage recognition depend on the approved venue, site plan, safety requirements and program schedule.
Category exclusivity is available only when the category and restrictions are approved in writing.
Logo placement depends on the commitment date, production deadlines and available inventory.
Displays and activities require advance approval and must comply with venue, safety and accessibility requirements.
If the site, schedule or program changes, the Festival may substitute a comparable benefit in consultation with the sponsor.
The final sponsorship agreement controls payment, cancellation, use of marks and other legal terms.
The Ozark Collard Green Festival will provide the appropriate payment acknowledgment. Sponsors should consult their advisers regarding tax treatment when benefits, goods or services are provided.
